Indian Property Show Dubai- 2012 is expected to be the biggest ever. It is said to have a record number of participants this year. Indian Property Show will be held on 13, 14 and 15 of December at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Indian Property Show Dubai -2012 is poised to be the biggest ever. There is a record number of participants this year. Indian Property Show will begin on 13^th of December and end on 15^th. The gates will be open to the visitors from morning 11:00 am to 8:00 pm evening on all three days of the Indian Property Show Dubai.

Indian Property Show will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre. Around 90 real estate builders will exhibit their latest properties. There will be 150 stands spreading over 4320 sq. m. Nearly 18,000 -20,000 visitors are expected. With all these features the Indian Property Show is expected to be the biggest ever.

Property shows have turned out as launching- stages of real estate projects. New projects are displayed and showcased here. The properties fall in various ranges. Most of the new projects are introduced with some exciting deals. Properties worth Rs.18 lakhs to many Crores are displayed by real estate developers. The displayed properties cover the entire nation. There are new projects from Tier 1, tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The real estate majors like DLF, Sahara Prime City, Bombay Realty of Wadia Group, Unique Group, Sobha Developers, Indiabulls, Nirmal Lifestyle, Hiranandani Constructions, IREO Pvt.Ltd,  Ansal Housing, Amrapali, Vatika, Brigade, Godrej, etc. these are the regular exhibitors.

Increased number of real estate builders in the Indian Property Show Dubai is considered as the efforts of the real estate builders to gain the business of NRIs.  CEO of Sumansa Exhibitions, Mr. Sunil Jaiswal said that the Indian real estate market does not raise sufficient demand for the projects. Many projects remain vacant and not demanded. Real estate builders hope to find some NRIs to purchase the vacant projects.

Mr. Jaiswal pointed out that increased number of real estate developers affirms the fact. They expect the weak rupee will give advantage for the NRIs to have investment in Indian properties.
