Delhi NCR is one of the top real estate investment destinations in India. The city offers higher returns to the investors and so there are many investors who remain keen to invest in the properties in this region.

According to a recent survey, nearly one-fourth of the property investors are attracted to Delhi NCR which is second hotter destination after Mumbai. The area offers around 90% of returns to the investors.

Among the investment options in the Delhi NCR, Dwarka Expressway Corridor is the best and most sought after real estate investment destination. The area’s growth is well-supported by the infrastructure development and the location advantages.

Delhi NCR becomes hotter again.

Many cities in the Delhi NCR have become hotter investment destinations in India.

New Gurgaon and Manesar are other two hotter real estate destinations in the area. These areas enjoy now a better connectivity through metro and highways. Adding to the better connectivity, the infrastructure growth and commercial development are also playing key roles in the development of these areas.

In the opinion of Santhosh Kumar, Jones Lang LaSalle India’s CEO (Operations), Noida Expressway and Noida Extension will remain hotter as these areas are targeted by many IT and ITeS Corporates.

He added that the rental affordability will be a key factor that drives the demand on the Noida Expressway. Compared to the rentals in the Gurgaon Cyber City, rentals in this corridor are highly affordable.

The Delhi NCR sees; besides the investments in apartments, improved investment in the residential plot projects as well. Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad are some of the top areas where the investment in land parcels remains as a trend.

Though the plot investment offers better returns to the investors, due to lower liquidity this form of investment is not preferred highly. However this is considered as one of the best options for the small-scale investors.
