Realty market in Ghaziabad is likely to grow with the arrival of new 22 Km –long link road connecting Ghaziabad and Greater Noida.

Ghaziabad to see real estate growth with the launch of link road.

Ghaziabad will witness the growth of realty in the city. This is made sure with the resume of construction of the Ghaziabad – Greater Noida link road. The 22 Km –long link road will connect the city to the Zeta sector.

The proposed link road is expected to reduce the commuting hours. Further it will take away the amount of traffic on NH-24.  As connectivity plays a greater role in any of the area’s real estate development, the builders are already planning to develop projects in this link–road corridor. The area falls under Ghaziabad Development Authority.

The realty experts have already predicted a better appreciation for the properties in these areas. However the proposed link-road will benefit Greater Noida West and Crossings Republik, a prestigious joint ‘global township’ project by seven real estate developers.

With the launch of Crossings Republik the area has become more attractive. Around 3000 families have already shifted to the first ‘global town’ of India. The project is connected well by NH-24. Besides, people have access from Noida Extension (Greater Noida West).

Getting clearance from the NCR Planning Board, resumption work of the link-road has been started. The vice-chairman of GDA Mr. Santosh Yadav said that there has been an attempt from the Authority and the builders of the area to meet the problems of Ghaziabad.

Along with the opening of the link-road, two under-roads also are opening. The under-ways will be on NH -24 at nearby Kala Patthar and the other near CISF Chowk, Mr. Yadav added. These underpasses will add connectivity of the area.

Underpass at the CISF Chowk will benefit the people of Indirapuram while the other at Kala Patthar will be useful for the people moving from here to Noida without any traffic jam.

With the completion of Ghaziabad- Greater Noida link road the travelling time will be reduced to 20 minutes. This road that links Ghaziabad to the Zeta Sector will boost real estate development in Ghaziabad. It seems that already the top builders have started raising land banks in the link road stretch to come up with fresh projects.
