Offering opportunity to the NRIs who wish to own a home in India, HDFC Ltd presents a property fair in Muscat. The two-day property fair will take place on January 31 and February 1.

Property exhibition, presented by HDFC, will act as a plaform for the NRIs in Musket to own Indian Properties.

India’s Premier housing finance company HDFC Ltd will host a two-day property fair in Muscat, enabling the NRIs to know more about the prime properties located across India. The two-day property event, which will have properties exhibited by 32 developers of good reputation, will be held at Hotel Muscat Holiday.

Mr. JS Mukul, Indian Ambassador to Oman, will inaugurate the property event in the presence of Mr. Ajay Sachdewa, HDFC Middle East Regional Head. This property exhibition titled ‘India Homes Fair’ will be opened to the visitors from morning 10 am to evening 8 pm.

This property event is believed to be the biggest ever conducted in Oman. Nearly 32 well-renowned developers will display their prime properties from across top 25 cities of India.

HDFC has had a presence in the Middle East for a quite long while and this property event is meant to help the NRIs, living in Oman, own a home in their homeland. OITE Trade Fairs, Sultanate’s prominent exhibitions and conference organizing enterprise, will manage the property event.

Mr. Sadiq Khan, OITE – B2B Events & Marketing’s Director, said that HDFC’s India Homes Fair would certainly be a platform for the NRIs to know more about the prime properties in India. Further he added that the property event will serve as an opportunity for the people of Indian Origin in Oman to come and meet the top developers of India.

Mr. Khan opined that it is the right time to have property investment in India. He made the comment pointing to the steady value appreciation existing in the Indian realty market. India Homes Fair will showcase properties of varying range starting from Rs.20 lakh to Rs.10 Cr.
