The properties in Nipania is available in the range between Rs.1,700 to Rs.3,500 per sq. ft. Properties are available at the range between Rs.1,500 to Rs.2,000 per sq. ft. in airport area. The areas adjoining Palasia has property prices between Rs.2,500 to Rs.5,000 per sq. ft. The prices range in Rajendranagar from Rs.1,800 to Rs.3,000 per sq. ft.
