Noida Turns Out to Be Investors’ Paradise

Noida seems to be affordable only for the elite group and the millionaires, why so? Why the realty developers construct more luxurious homes? How the normal people are affected? An analysis is done here. Growth is good in all the ways. But the growth should never be concentrated on a particular class or section of the people. It must include all the sections. The upcoming projects in Noida show that the city has become a hub for the rich and wealthy class. Noida, the hotspot of realty firms, has emerged as a “Millionaire Diva”. The living becomes very costly here and to own a home here seems impossible for the middle income group at this time.

The growth to the second best spot for the real estate field changed the face of the city. The bigger realty firms are engaged in constructing luxurious homes and apartments at a higher pace. These are meant not only to improve the ‘living standards” but rather to provide a luxurious life with all pomp and show. The construction of luxurious buildings is comparatively greater now. Almost all the prominent firms have projects at hand in Noida. All these projects are million worth and this makes it impossible for new comers to get in. Supertech Supernova, Unitech Exquisite, etc. are a few of them. Supertech Chairman R.K Arora said to the media that they are planning to raise 750 crores from their Noida projects. Supernova is their esteemed project consisting 78 supreme luxurious flats of each worth 5 to 7 crores. On the other hand Unitech aims at raising 400 crores from their project Exquisite which consists of 312 Luxury apartments starting at 1.2 crores. This project extends to 7 acres of land.

The increasing number of luxurious flats in these areas shows that the city becomes very dear to the elite group. The wealthy class people find Noida very attractive for living. The builders prepare luxurious  homes accordingly at higher prices.  The minimum amount of a flat in the Wave City Center is 55 lakhs. 3 C Lotus Boulevard prepares luxurious apartments worth crores of rupees. This is the case with all the prominent realty groups. They all compete to provide luxurious apartments and homes in a way the lower income groups are neglected. There are only few good homes available at an affordable price to them. Their single option remains with the single bedroom flats with congested space. Hope the situation will change in the future.
