200 per square foot. - PARKING CHARGES – It is 5%-7% of the base price.
- INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CHARGES (IDC) – It is 6%
- EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT CHARGES (EDC) – It is 5%
- CORPUS FUND/ IFMS – It is anywhere between Rs 50,000
- POWER BACK-UP – It is between 1 lakh to 1.5 lakhs.
- AMENITIES AND CLUB CHARGE – It is around Rs. 50,000 to Rs.1.5 lakhs.
- STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES – They are 5-10% of the
property’s value. - GST – The effective GST rate is 12%.
- BROKERAGE – Brokers charge a 1-2% fee on the property’s final value.
Assuming the basic price of a property is Rs. 45 lakhs, the final payment would be
around. 58 to 67.5 lakhs which include the extra charges.
