Island City Center Await display at Dubai Property Show

Real Estate Firm Bombay Realty, a wing of Wadia Group, plans to present its The Island City Center project in Dubai Indian Property Show.

Wadia Group plans to present its Island City Center project in the Indian Property Show.  The Property show will be held  in Dubai from December 13 to 15. Wadia Group expects to gain some business dealings with NRIs – (non- resident Indians) who reside in Dubai.

Wadia Group’s real estate wing Bombay Realty will launch its latest residential project titled Island City Center (ICC)  in Mumbai. The real estate township project will be located in Dadar.

The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Co Ltd.’s Managing Director Jeh Wadia said that ‘The Island City Center’ is designed to offer a desirable lifestyle which caters the possibility to live, work and play at one place. The first real estate residential project of the Bombay Realty will be sprawling over to around 29 acres of land which lies at the heart of the city.

The Island City Center is expected to cut short couple of commuting hours of its residents. Mr. Wadia said that this saved hours can rightly be spent with the family members or peer groups.

Ultra – luxury residences will be constructed in nearly 29 acres of land where offices, 5-star hotel, a mall, an international school, etc. will be constructed. Besides nearly 6 acres of land is specially set apart for preserving green landscape, he continued.

Meanwhile Mr. Durgesh Mehta, The Joint Managing Director of The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing, said that luxury housing- segment has become one of the most vibrant and dynamic real estate segments in India.

He further said that the demand for luxury housing is growing as a result of increase in the number of HNIs. Rapid urbanization process and inflow of global lifestyle trends also acts as a boost to the increased demand for luxury housing segment.

Mr. Mehta opined that the fall of Indian rupee has invited more NRIs to invest in the luxury housing segment. Once the HNIs become familiar with the international lifestyles of cities like Dubai, they become more inclined to luxury lifestyle. This increased demand for luxury housing encourages the real estate developers to launch luxury projects with maximum facilities.

The group officials of Bombay Realty said that leading financial institutions have approved the towers of Island City Center.
