18 group housing projects will be developed under the Master Plan 2031. 100 and 200 acres have been allotted to the real estate developers across the corridor. Further over 2o, 000 individual residential plots are also allotted.

Yamuna Expressway Authority also has plans to construct sufficient number of roads to connect the region with other areas. The area will be connected to Greater Noida and Noida with a 130m wide road. Further other roads also; making sure that the area is well connected with all neighboring regions, will be developed under the Master Plan 2031.
