Neighborhood localities like Kalavad Road, University Road and Yagnik Road are turning hot home destinations. These areas see maximum demand and supply.
There has been an appreciable and improving demand for ultra-luxury and top-end projects as well. A new posh area is being developed along the 150ft Ring Road. The new area is known as New Rajkot.
This area has some of the top premium projects. However the prices are also reasonable and not so high.
Top Real Estate Management & Constructions’ Mayur Modi revealed that there is a high demand for top end projects. He added that the demand is mainly raised by the top earners of the city including NRIs, HNIs and other business class people.
